That's happy news! I have fond memories of Vern from when my son was young and going to SFMC. Zach was never good at remembering names so he called him "wheels" It wasn't disrespectful. Zach liked him alot. He still remembers Vern and I'm sure Vern had an impact on my son's life. I'm grateful.
I'm Director of Velocity (Grade Level) at NewPointe Community Church in Dover, Ohio. I moved back to my hometown after living in Lexington, KY for 14 years. I love being back near my family. God has given me my heart's desire, working with kids and leading them closer to God. I'm also blessed to have the best nephew on the planet. The area I work in is called Velocity, which means "speed with direction". Kids are going so fast and being pulled in so many directions. We want to equip them with their own road map so that they can take their life in the right direction, God's direction!
